I do some type of "All About Me" inventory/art page to start every homeschool year. Canva is a great place to get basic sheets, but we've been there, done those.
I wanted something cooler for my older kids. I found plenty of spray can/graffiti sheets, but they either cost money OR you have to sign up and give your info for some "free trial" that if you forget you signed up for, you'll be charged for!
Here you go! Take it, and use it. Just right click and save image as. I created it in Canva:
